Who we Are
The Spanish Community Center is a community based organization dedicated to providing educational and social services located in Joliet, Illinois.
Over the last four decades, the Spanish Community Center has evolved from an agency helping only the Spanish speaking people of the area to an agency providing help to the entire community.

What we Do

Day Care
A year round bilingual day care center that provides a culturally rich and diverse enviroment for the children ages 2-5 years old.

Food Pantry
Food pantry available for Joliet residents in need.

Holiday Food Baskets
Distribution on availiability and need during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

Community Service
Provides supervision and certification towards the community service hours for high school graduation or for the judicial system.

ESL Classes
Offered by Joliet Junior College, English as a Second Language classes are offered every fall and spring semester. Please call the college at 815-280-1333 for more information.
